A Study on the Human Rights for Mental Disordered and the Human Rights Sensitivity of Workers at a Mental Hospital

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the human rights sensitivity of workers at a mental hospital and to build the foundational information for promoting human rights of workers in mental health field. Two hundred and twenty three workers at a mental hospital were included in this study Through the study we identified workers¡¯ human rights sensitivity. these findings was compared with the result of occupational types, careers, and workers who were educated about human rights or not. The results were as follows£»1) As for workers¡¯ human rights sensitivity by occupational types, drs who were training for a psychiatrist showed the highest and psychiatrical social workers showed next. 2) As for workers¡¯ human rights sensitivity by careers, workers who had worked less than 6 months showed the highest human rights sensitivity. 3) Workers who were educated about human rights not differed significantly from Workers who were not educated about human rights.
